Trina Marie Brainard has worked exclusively in the trademark and copyright field as a trademark administrator for the past twenty years. After going to college for marketing, she worked with Molly at an intellectual property boutique firm and moved with her to larger full-service firms, still handling trademark matters. In 2005, she and Molly decided to create an intellectual property boutique firm which they believe provides cost-effective savings to their clients. Trina has extensive experience in trademark searching and clearance, as well as in preparing trademark applications and corresponding with the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including all maintenance of domestic and international trademarks. Additionally, Trina works directly with foreign associates in coordinating the filing and maintenance of trademarks throughout the world. She has a firm commitment to exceptional client service and a practical approach to problem solving. Trina has a close, long-standing relationship with most of the firm's clients whose portfolios she helps manage and she is an important part of our trademark team. She is actively involved with the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has participated on several committees for this organization.
